In The Sims 3, is it possible to change the female hairstyles into male hairstyles?

I just want some of the female hairstyles, to be available for the males, since the choices for them are not cute at all. I personally have longer hair and I’d like for my Sim to be the same.

    use the bodyshop program with the game.
